Most of the activities that I do are sports. These sports are not ones that I do competitively, these I just do for the fun of it. One of them is scuba diving, I started scuba diving because we have family friends, who we spend lots of time with, and they scuba dive. This enticed me to try this sport because of all the interesting things they told us about and what they saw. Most of the other activities that I do are with my family like biking, hiking, skiing, running, swimming, etc. But this one is special to me because I am the only person in my family who even attempted it, let alone got licensed in it.
When I am not in school I am doing sports, studying, or spending time with my friends and family. When we have breaks from school and work, my family and I enjoy traveling around the world and explore new countries and they culture.
I am currently in the midst of an extracurricular project. This project is about nuclear disaster accident happened at Chernobyl power plant in Ukraine. I am doing this project so I can research how it happened, the effects of it, how to avoid this happening again, and most of all to bring awareness to it, especially in these days when there are bombings near nuclear power plants in Ukraine.
I have been skiing since I was 3 years old. I started skiing because my dad has always been very passionate about it and he introduced skiing to our family and now my brother, my dad, and I all participate in races and skiing for fun with my mom.
But the reason I do skiing is not because of my dad, I do it because I love it. It just feels like I have all the freedom in the world. I get a fantastic feeling as if I am going to fall while carving and then I realize I have all the control and get right back up and do it all over again.
I have been playing tennis for a long time. But I have not been taking part in competitions for all that long. I started to play tennis about seven years ago but started training for tournaments only 2-3 years ago.
Three years ago I decided to play in tournaments and competitions but realized that I wasn't good enough to play in them yet, so after that, I started practicing tennis multiple times a week and used every chance I had to practice even when I was traveling.
