About Me

Hi! I'm Dylan Sorokin, a student at Kent School with interests in mathematics, economics, environmental science, and leadership. I enjoy challenging myself both inside and outside the classroom, whether that's solving difficult math problems, competing in varsity athletics, or taking on independent projects.

One project I'm especially proud of is ZoneZero, a website I created to raise awareness about environmental disasters and the long-term effects of radiation outbreaks. Building it allowed me to combine my interest in environmental issues with research, writing, and communicating complex ideas in a way that's accessible to others.

Outside of academics, I've learned some of my biggest lessons through sports. Tennis, diving, swimming, and skiing have taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of continuous improvement. Those same values have helped me become a Head Tour Guide at Kent School and someone who enjoys helping classmates understand difficult math concepts.

I'm always looking for opportunities to learn something new, challenge myself, and make a meaningful impact, and I hope this website gives you a better understanding of who I am.
