I also gained insight into the day-to-day operations of a business understanding how logistics inventory management, and customer satisfaction all play a crucial role in creating a successful retail experience. Since then, being promoted to Head Tour Guide has allowed me to take on greater responsibility while developing my leadership, communication, and public speaking skills. It's been rewarding to help families see the community that has become such an important part of my life.
